Delivery charges
England and Wales
Standard delivery is £4.99 for parcels weighing up to 5 lb and £6.99 for parcels weighing over 5 lb. Free standard delivery is available to England and Wales on orders of £75 or more.
Scotland
Standard delivery is £4.99 for parcels weighing up to 4.407 lb (approximately 2 kg). Online delivery for heavier orders is not currently available. Please contact us before ordering if your parcel is above this limit.
Northern Ireland
Standard delivery is £4.99 for parcels weighing up to 4.407 lb (approximately 2 kg), and £21.99 for parcels weighing 4.408–11.023 lb (approximately 2–5 kg). Online delivery for parcels above 11.023 lb is not currently available. The £75 free-delivery offer does not apply to Northern Ireland.
Highlands, islands and remote addresses
We are reviewing delivery arrangements for heavier parcels and remote or island addresses. Please contact us before ordering if you need confirmation of delivery availability for your postcode. We cannot currently promise delivery to every offshore destination.
Parcel weights include packaging. The delivery options and final charge available for your address and order will be shown at checkout. If no delivery option appears, please contact us before placing your order.
Dispatch times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. During our busier October–December period, please allow 3–4 working days for dispatch.
Delivery times
Standard delivery normally takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Please allow approximately 4–7 working days in total from placing your order to receiving it, or approximately 6–9 working days during our busier October–December period.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Your delivery address
Please check that your delivery address and postcode are correct before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can check whether the address can still be updated.
